Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all engagements between Gutknecht Media and clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Order confirmation
An order is considered accepted once confirmed in writing or by email by both parties.
Usage rights
Unless otherwise agreed, clients receive a usage right to the delivered photo and video files for private or the business purposes stated in the offer.
Payment terms
Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date without deduction, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated in writing as early as possible. Short-notice cancellations may be invoiced.
